With an established, well respected public school and several excellent private schools nearby, the founders of The Sycamore School had their work cut out for them as they recruited families with primary age children to join their inaugural class. Working with Sycamore’s passionate leadership team, we created the school’s mission statement, directed recruiting efforts and publicity, and managed the logistics plan that led to opening day.
Working with our digital branding partner, we created Sycamore’s brand identity and logo, collateral materials, and web site, which features a private parent portal. This included writing all copy, and overseeing design, architecture, content and photography. Today, Sycamore is fully enrolled and the buzz of the Malibu community and broader education circles. Daily, Sycamore kids demonstrate a genuine love of learning thanks to a revolutionary play-based teaching approach on a beautiful campus in Las Flores Canyon.
